Formulation of Purpose

Until now, we have set Empathize with customers as our corporate policy and business policy. Based on this mission, we have been aiming to be the closest person to our customers and to be the one with the greatest expertise to our customers.

Although we will continue to change this attitude, the environment surrounding us has changed drastically over the past quarter century, and we have made great progress ourselves.

The commercial facilities operated by customers are expected to play a broader role and higher function from the local community and economy, and in order to respond to this, customers themselves are constantly striving and evolving.

Based on the knowledge gained from support for the operation of commercial facilities, we also take on new business opportunities, such as community development and regional revitalization, and receive the participation of new stakeholders. As a result, the business domain as a company has expanded, and the speciality of each staff member is deepening its richer color.

In light of these changes in the business environment, when thinking about who our customers are and what our expertise is, I felt a strong sense of crisis that these were not fully communicated to both internal and external parties as well as to the lack of shared understanding and message.

In order to continue to be a necessity of our customers in the future, to provide staff with opportunities to be active and active, and to continue moving forward together toward the future together, we believe it is necessary to go back to the basics and continue to define, share, and communicate what is the significance of existence and what is the "will" to be shared together.

To whom, what, and what are you offering? What is our value? After a quarter of a century, what should be protected and what should be changed?

From this background and perspective, we considered, drafted, and made statements. The source of our unchanging value is human resources and systems.

We provide on-the-job and on-site power to work together with our customers to help them solve their problems by putting their feet on the ground. The power of operations backed by high-quality human resources, the ability to provide optimal systems and solutions for our customers, and the ability to run with our customers until the end, from grand design to self-propelled.

We will expand our eyes not only to customers and stakeholders such as local administrations, but also to gathering people in the future and people living in the local community.

We will continue to be our greatest pleasure to serve and thank our customers and stakeholders, but as a new "will" we share, we have put it into this purpose as our commitment and strong desire to create new excitement and contribute to the realization of a rich society, even if it is small and modest, to the people of the community through the value we provide.
