HANDLING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

East Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has established the "Personal Information and Specific Personal Information Protection Regulations" regarding the handling of "Personal Information Required for Business Operation" and takes responsibility as follows.
Unless otherwise specified in laws, regulations, national guidelines and other norms, specific personal information is also included in personal information.

1. Our basic stance on the handling of personal information

      The Company declares the Personal Information Protection Policy and thoroughly implements this policy to our employees and other stakeholders, and continuously improves and maintains the Personal Information Protection System.
      In addition, when acquiring personal information, it will be performed by lawful and fair means, and will not be acquired by improper means.
      In addition, it is optional for the person who is the subject of personal information to present personal information, but if the information is not presented, the service may not be available. In that case, we will introduce you to you.
    

2. Personal information handled by the Company

    (1) Personal information disclosed by customers in carrying out our business
    (2) Personal information disclosed by customers through e-mail, fax, telephone, etc. to the Company

3. Purpose of use of personal information held by the Company

      (1) In order to carry out system development work and system maintenance work, we may handle entrusted personal information.
      (2) We may handle the entrusted personal information in order to perform outsourcing services related to the operation of commercial facilities (sales management, ID card management, etc.).
      (3) In order to issue membership cards, we may handle personal information entrusted to you.
      (4) We may handle the personal information entrusted to us in order to arrange the shipment of goods.
      (5) In order to provide business management, personnel labor management, and welfare of our employees, we may handle personal information obtained directly.
      (6) In order to hire our personnel, we may handle personal information provided or directly acquired.
      (7) In order to respond to inquiries to our company, we may handle personal information obtained directly.
      (8) To the extent necessary to achieve the above purpose of use, we may outsource the handling of personal information to external parties.
    

4. Provision of personal information to third parties

We will not provide specific personal information to third parties except when required by law. Personal information held by the Company (excluding specific personal information) will not be provided to third parties except in the following cases:
      (1) If you have your consent.
      (2) Based on laws and regulations
      (3) When it is necessary to cooperate with national institutions or local governments in carrying out the affairs stipulated by laws and regulations
      (4) When it is necessary for the protection of human life, body or property, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
      (5) When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual

5. Safety measures for personal information held by the Company

      (1) In order to prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal information, we will take reasonable safety measures and take necessary corrective measures.
      (2) We provide regular education for our employees to protect personal information.
    

6. Acquisition of personal information from the website

      (1) Encryption
      When we obtain personal information from a website established by the Company, we will ensure that personal information can be transmitted safely using encryption (SSL).
      (2) About Cookies
      The website established by the Company may send cookies to your computer through your browser to manage communications. It is used to maintain screen transitions for each customer, and is necessary to operate the website that we have established successfully. Please note that if cookies are disabled, you will not be able to use the website that we have established successfully.
    

7. Disclosure of personal information

    Users may request the Company to disclose personal information held by the Company in accordance with the procedures set forth in “10. Procedures for Disclosure of Personal Information.” When we receive such request from the user, we will disclose it to the user without delay. However, in any of the following cases by disclosing, all or part of it may not be disclosed, and if a decision not to disclose is made, we will notify you without delay.
      (1) When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the user or a third party
      (2) When there is a risk that there is a significant hindrance to the proper implementation of our operations
      (3) In the event that it violates other laws and regulations
    

8. Correction of retained personal data

If the personal information held by the Company is incorrect information, the User may request the Company to correct, add or delete such personal information (hereinafter referred to as “correction, etc.”) in accordance with the procedures set forth in “10. Procedures for Disclosure of Personal Information, etc.”
      In the event of receiving the request set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay, and if it is determined that there is a reason for the request set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Company will correct the personal information without delay.
      If the Company determines the implementation or non-conduct of corrections, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, the Company will contact the user without delay.
    

9. Suspension of use of personal information

In accordance with the procedures set forth in “10. Procedures for Disclosure of Personal Information, etc.”, the User may request the Company to suspend, delete, or suspend provision of personal data held by the Company to third parties (hereinafter referred to as “Suspension of Use, etc.”).
      When we receive a request set forth in the preceding paragraph, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay, and if we determine that there is a reason for the request set forth in the preceding paragraph, we will suspend the use of such personal data. However, if a large amount of money is required for suspension of use of personal information, other cases where it is difficult to suspend use, etc., and measures to replace the necessary measures to protect the rights and interests of the user will be taken If we can do so, we will take this alternative.
      In the event that the Company determines the implementation or non-conduct of suspension of use, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, the Company will notify the user himself without delay.
    

10. Procedures for disclosure of personal information

When making a request specified in “7. Disclosure of Personal Information” to “9. Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.”, the user shall submit an invoice with the necessary information specified in (1) below (2) Please send it by registered mail to the destination specified in (3) along with the identity verification documents specified in (2). For disclosure of personal information, a fee of 2,000 yen will be charged for each request. (Please enclose a postal money order at the time of disclosure request.)

      (4) Purpose of use of personal information acquired in connection with the request for disclosure, etc. Personal information obtained in connection with the request for disclosure, etc. shall be handled only within the scope necessary for the request for disclosure, etc. The submitted documents will be kept for two years after the response to the request for disclosure, etc. has been completed, and then discarded.

      (5) Reasons for non-disclosure
In the following cases, it will not be disclosed.
If we decide not to disclose it, we will notify you with the reason and reason. In addition, in the case of non-disclosure, a prescribed fee will be charged.

Recruitment Rules

First of all

      East Inc. will handle the personal information it receives during recruitment selection as follows. In addition, we may outsource the handling of personal information to other companies within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use shown below.
    

Personal information handled and the purpose of use

      The personal information we receive will be used for the purpose of accepting and recording recruitment applications, contacting recruitment, and creating and using statistical and analytical data for the implementation of recruitment selection (including future use).
When using personal information other than the above purpose of use, the purpose of use will be specified individually and used within the scope of the specified purpose of use.

Regarding the voluntary nature of responding to the acquisition of personal information

      It is optional to present personal information and fill out documents, but if you do not present it, it will be difficult to achieve the purpose of use shown above.
    

Consignment of the handling of personal information

        When necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purpose of use, East Inc. may outsource the handling of personal information provided to a subcontractor, etc.
        When outsourcing business, we will conclude a confidentiality agreement and provide appropriate supervision so that there is no leakage of personal information by the outsourcing company.
    

Provision to third parties

      We will not provide personal information provided to third parties except when the consent of the person is obtained or when required by laws and regulations.
    

Rights to disclosure of personal information

      You can request notification and disclosure of personal information of the individual held by East Inc..
      As a result, if necessary, it is possible to request correction, addition or deletion of the contents, suspension of use, erasure, and suspension of provision to third parties.
      However, please note that we will not disclose information related to recruitment judgments. In the process of requesting disclosure, etc., we will verify your identity.
