East Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) will handle information assets related to our business activities (including personal information) responsibly, in accordance with the following policy.

Article 1: Declaration

In order to ensure and improve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets, we will establish the Basic Information Security Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") in order to respond to the trust of the entire society, including customers.

Article 2: Scope of application

This policy covers information assets related to business activities managed by the Company.

Article 3: Compliance with laws

The Company will comply with various laws and regulations related to information security, national guidelines and other norms.

Article 4: Establishment of information security management system

In order to protect and manage information assets appropriately, we will establish an information security management system and an emergency response system for security incidents, as well as assign a person in charge of information security to establish an information security promotion system.

Article 5: Establishment of information security regulations

In order to protect and manage information assets appropriately, we will establish rules and standards related to information security and thoroughly disseminate information within the company.

Article 6: Implementation of information security measures

The Company strives to prevent the occurrence of information security incidents by implementing appropriate information security measures according to information assets. In the unlikely event of an accident, we will respond promptly, minimize damage, and take measures to prevent recurrence.

Article 7: Implementation of information security education and training

The Company will provide employees with awareness of the importance of information security and education and training necessary for the proper use and management of information assets.

Article 8: Periodic evaluation and continuous improvement

In order to maintain information security initiatives and respond to changes in the business environment and social conditions, the Company regularly evaluates the management system for information security and the status of implementation of countermeasures, and strives for continuous improvement.
